I am so rusty at this
Oh God, I went upstairs to my bedroom last night with camera and tripod in hand to take my first photos of myself for DA in five years. Real photos. Like the ones I used to take. I am really out of practice. It was hard :/ Or, I'm just getting older or something . . . Going to try again tonight.
Help Me Decide
Howdy, I am looking for some advice. My book, as of right now, is at my editor's. Whenever it gets back to me I plan on hiring a Deviantart artist to do the cover as well as three portrait images of the three main characters in my book. Hopefully, by that time, I will have been approved for a $1500 grant. I plan on budgeting $500 for this cover and the three portraits. Now, my question is, should I do this as a contest form instead of just hiring one artist? There has been a whole lot of bad news in my life this year, none of which I'm going to go into right now.
